Warranty and Returns
All of our AP Autostyling branded products come with a 3 or 5 year warranty (as stated on the product description).
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us to initiate a warranty return.
Warranty lengths vary by manufacturer, please refer to your order email for warranty details.
Please use our handy 'chat' feature by clicking on the message icon in the bottom right of your screen. Our team will then arrange a warranty return for you, within our opening hours.

If you change your mind about a purchase you have made, you may return it up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The original packaging should be retained, and the item should be returned to us recorded delivery, and be in as new condition in order for a refund to be processed. Original shipping charges are not eligible to be refunded, and some products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the value of the product. Maxton design products must be returned in brand new condition with all protective packaging still fitted to the product. For other brands please contact us for details.
